Business Podcast Sponsors in 2026: 132 Brands Across the Top 80 US Shows
The business podcast sponsors buying the most inventory in 2026 are B2B software companies, consumer fintech apps, and debt and lending services. CastFox scanned 1,953 episodes from the top 80 US business shows and detected 1,128 host-read ad reads from 132 distinct brands. Only 31 of those 80 shows carried a single detected ad read, so a high chart position and a sponsorship history are two different things.
This post is for brands and agencies deciding where a business or B2B budget should go, and for hosts who want to know which companies actually write checks in this category. It lists the sponsors running on more than one top show, groups every brand by what it sells, prints the sponsor roster for each show where we found ads, and explains what the 49 shows with no detected reads are telling you. Every number here comes from CastFox chart and ad-read data, not from a media kit.

The 12 Repeat Business Podcast Sponsors
A brand that buys one show may have been sold once. A brand on two or more has a category plan, and that is the list worth copying. Of the 132 sponsors CastFox detected across the top 80 US business shows, 12 run on more than one of them. DeleteMe is the widest at 3 shows and 75 detected reads, followed by YRefy and Christian Brothers Automotive on 2 each.
Two patterns are worth acting on. First, the repeat list is shorter and thinner than the same list in consumer categories: 12 of 132 brands, and none of them on more than 3 shows. Business podcast inventory is bought show by show rather than as a genre package, which is good news for a first-time buyer because there is no incumbent holding the whole category. Second, Ramp and Vanta appear on the exact same pair of shows, Founders and Invest Like the Best with Patrick O'Shaughnessy. Two B2B software companies independently picking the identical two placements is the clearest signal in this data about where founder and investor attention sits.
Sponsor names are recorded as they are read aloud, so brand variants are counted separately unless we say otherwise. Applovin and Axon by Applovin are the same company under two spoken names, with 10 detected reads between them, all on Founders.
Brands That Advertise on Business Podcasts, by Category
Grouping the 60 widest-reaching sponsors by what they sell shows where business podcast money actually sits. The number in brackets after each brand is the count of ad reads CastFox detected for it across the top 80 shows.
| Sponsor category | Brands | Ad reads | On 2+ shows | Brands detected (ad reads) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business software, AI and ad tech | 13 | 160 | 5 | Ramp (34), Vanta (30), Mercury (16), Blitzy (15), Beehiiv (14), Sage (10), Rocketly (10), NetSuite (9), Anthropic (6), Axon by Applovin (6), Podgo (4), Applovin (4), GoHighLevel (2) |
| Consumer goods, food and lifestyle | 12 | 156 | 1 | GamerSupps (30), Quince (27), Fountain Life (26), Cozy Earth (22), LMNT (9), Huel (9), Altra Running (8), Momentous (6), Fora Travel (5), Angel Studios (5), Audible (5), Thrive Market (4) |
| Debt, tax, lending and mortgages | 5 | 154 | 1 | YRefy (68), Churchill Mortgage (52), Accruity (16), Gelt (10), PDS Debt (8) |

| Asset managers and investment firms | 4 | 26 | 0 | ClearBridge Investments (9), Janus Henderson Investors (9), WisdomTree (4), Link Ventures (4) |
Business software, AI and ad tech is the largest group at 160 detected reads from 13 brands, but it does not lead by much. The surprise for most media plans is how much of this category is personal money rather than company tools: Debt, tax, lending and mortgages accounts for 154 reads and Consumer fintech and money apps for 99, so those two groups together buy 253 reads against 160 for all software, AI, and ad tech combined. A large share of the top business shows are money shows rather than operator shows, and the advertisers have followed.
Consumer goods, food and lifestyle is the non-endemic group at 156 reads, and it behaves differently. Those brands concentrate on a small number of host-led shows rather than spreading across the genre: 42% of the group's reads sit on just two of them, led by Creating Confidence with Heather Monahan. A non-endemic advertiser buying here is buying a host, not a category. Asset managers and investment firms is the smallest group at 26 reads from 4 brands, and 22 of those reads sit on one investing show, The Compound and Friends, which is the one corner of this data where the advertiser and the show subject line up exactly.
For a brand planning a first business flight, read the fourth column. A category with several brands on two or more shows has a playbook competitors have already validated. A category with none has either not tested podcasts or tested and stopped, and both are worth knowing before you commit budget.
SaaS Podcast Sponsors and the B2B Buy
Software is the biggest advertiser group in this category. CastFox detected 160 ad reads from 13 software, AI, and ad tech brands across the top 80 US business shows, and 5 of them run on more than one show.

B2B Companies Sponsoring Podcasts Buy Narrow and Deep
The pattern in the table is concentration, not reach. Almost every software brand here sits on one or two shows and buys them repeatedly, and the shows they pick are founder and investor shows rather than the largest shows on the chart. Founders carries 50 detected reads from 6 brands, and My First Million carries 40 from 3. Neither is close to the top of the US business chart on average rank, which tells you these buyers are filtering on who listens rather than on chart position.
That is the practical lesson for a B2B brand with a first podcast budget. The shows with the best audience fit for a software product are mid-chart, host-led, and already carry two or three of your peers, so the competitive set is visible before you spend anything. Our guide to podcast advertising for SaaS companies covers the creative and measurement side, and B2B podcast advertising covers targeting decision makers.
Promo codes are the tell for how seriously a brand measures. A brand running a show-specific code can see what each placement returns and will renew or cut on the number. A brand running the same generic landing page everywhere cannot, and tends to churn out of the category after one flight without knowing why.

One network dominates the volume. Three of the shows in this table are published by Ramsey Network, and together they carry 421 of the 1,128 detected reads, or 37% of all business podcast ad inventory we found. The Ramsey Show Highlights alone accounts for 301 reads. If you are benchmarking category spend, strip that network out first, because it is a single seller with a house roster of insurance, mortgage, and debt advertisers rather than an open market.
Read the first two columns together for everything else. Financial Audit has 114 reads from 15 different brands, which is a well sold show with a rotating roster and an owner who is used to negotiating. Founders has the widest country reach in the table at 71 of 78 markets, which is why it attracts advertisers that never touch the rest of the category.
Shows near the bottom need a second look rather than a quick conclusion. Money Rehab with Nicole Lapin and Money For Couples with Ramit Sethi each show 1 detected reads despite strong chart records, which usually means their monetization runs through channels this method does not see, such as network-inserted spots, a paid community, or their own products. A low count is a reason to ask a show what it sells and how, not evidence that its inventory is cheap.
The 49 Top-80 Shows With No Detected Ad Reads
Most of the top 80 carried nothing we could detect. That does not always mean the show has no sponsors. It can mean the show sells its own products instead, runs pre-roll inserted by a network rather than read by the host, or simply has not had recent episodes processed. As a starting point it is still the most useful list on this page, because an unsponsored show near the top of the chart is either an opportunity or a warning depending on why it is empty. These are the 24 with the strongest average US rank.
Two groups sit in this table. The first is coaching and course businesses whose podcast is the top of their own funnel, so selling an ad against it would compete with the offer they already run. The second is shows with a strong US rank and very narrow country reach, which is the profile CastFox flags in our vetting checklist as worth a closer look before you accept an audience claim. A show holding a top 10 US business position across 24 of 24 snapshots while appearing in one or two other markets is not impossible, but it is unusual enough to ask about.
If you are buying, treat this as a prospecting list rather than a rejection list. Ask the show directly whether it accepts host-read sponsorship, what the last advertiser paid, and why the slot is open. The answer tells you more than any media kit will.
How to Get Sponsors for a Business Podcast
The tables above double as a target list if you are the one selling. The 12 brands running on two or more shows have already decided this category works, have creative ready, and have someone whose job is placing the next buy. That is a much shorter conversation than convincing a brand that has never bought a podcast ad.
Pitch the brands already in your format, not your topic
DeleteMe runs on a solo money-advice show, a network highlights feed, and a two-host personal finance show. Beehiiv runs on two founder interview shows. Both are buying a listening context rather than a subject, so a show that matches the context has a real case even when the topic looks different. Write the pitch around when and why people listen, and name the show in their current roster that you most resemble.
Bring a number the buyer can verify
Chart consistency travels well because a buyer can check it without trusting you. A show in a genre top 100 on 24 of 24 snapshots over six months is making a claim that stands up, and it is the same signal advertisers use to filter. Pair it with your hosting-platform download figure for the last 30 days per episode and your country split, and leave the lifetime totals out.
Offer a unique promo code before you are asked
Almost every repeat sponsor in this data runs codes. Offering a show-specific code in the first email signals that you expect to be measured, which is the most persuasive thing a mid-sized show can do. It also means the renewal conversation is about a conversion number rather than a download number.
Ask for a two-episode test, not a quarter
Most of the single-show brands in this data started with a short flight on one show. A two-episode test with a code and a clear reporting promise is easy to approve at a level that does not need a media plan, and it is the standard way this category opens an account. Our guide to finding podcast sponsors with under 10K downloads covers the outreach sequence, and how to write a media kit that gets sponsors covers what to send.
How to Vet a Show Before Sponsoring or Pitching It
Rosters tell you who is buying. They do not tell you whether the next placement is worth the money. This is the four-step process CastFox is built around, and it works the same whether you are buying an ad or pitching a guest to the same show.
Discover: start from the sponsor roster, not the genre chart
Search by topic, audience, and country, then filter for shows that already carry advertisers in your category, because a show your competitor renews on has passed the hardest check for you. CastFox Discover searches 5M+ shows and surfaces sponsor history alongside the chart record, so the shortlist starts with evidence instead of a download claim.
Analyze: check the record behind the roster
For each shortlisted show, read the same columns this post uses: snapshots in the top 100 for consistency, country reach for plausibility, the latest episode date for health, and the detected sponsors and promo codes for history. CastFox Analyze puts all of it on one page, which turns a week of listening into a ten-minute review.
Organize: group the shortlist by role
Split the list into proven shows with repeat sponsors in your category, reach shows with broad country footprints, and test shows with a strong chart and little ad history. Record the quoted rate, the placement, the flight dates, and the code for each. CastFox Organize keeps that list current, so a show that stops publishing mid-negotiation is visible before the insertion order is signed.
Pitch: go to a verified contact with a specific ask
Most business shows outside the networks are sold by the host or a producer, so the fastest path is a short message to the right person naming the roster you want to sit alongside, the flight you want, and the code you will use. CastFox Pitch supplies verified contacts and drafts the outreach from the show's own data. If you are weighing an ad against a guest appearance, Podcast Guesting vs Podcast Advertising compares the two.
Methodology: Where These Numbers Come From
CastFox records the Apple Podcasts genre charts daily in 78 countries. For this post we took the US Business chart across 24 snapshots from February 24, 2026 to September 8, 2026, ranked shows by how consistently they held a top 100 position, and kept the top 80.
For those 80 shows we scanned 1,953 episodes that have been through CastFox entity processing and extracted every host-read sponsor mention, promo code, and vanity URL. That produced 1,128 ad reads naming 132 distinct brands, on 421 of the 1,953 episodes. The tables above cover the 60 brands with the widest reach, ordered by the number of shows they appear on and then by ad reads.
Three limits are worth stating plainly. Sponsor names are captured as spoken, so variants of one brand are counted separately unless we merge them in the text. Ad reads are counted per episode mention, so a show that repeats a sponsor in every episode accumulates a high count without the buy being large, which is exactly what the network concentration above reflects. And processed episodes do not cover every show's full back catalog, so a zero in these tables means no ad read was detected in the episodes we processed, not proof that a show has never had a sponsor. No CPMs, download figures, or rates appear on this page, because CastFox does not measure them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who sponsors business podcasts in 2026?
Across the top 80 US business podcasts, CastFox detected 1,128 host-read ad reads from 132 distinct brands between February 24, 2026 and September 8, 2026. The most widely placed is DeleteMe on 3 shows, followed by YRefy, Christian Brothers Automotive, Ramp, and Chime on 2 shows each. By volume the biggest advertiser group is business software, AI, and ad tech at 160 detected reads.
What kinds of brands advertise on business podcasts?
Nine groups account for almost all of it: business software, AI, and ad tech (160 detected reads); consumer fintech and money apps (99); debt, tax, and lending services (154); consumer goods, food, and lifestyle (156); insurance, legal, and health cover; hiring, telecom, and everyday services; privacy and security tools; asset managers (26); and media, communities, and events. Personal money services together buy more inventory than B2B software does, because many of the top business shows are money shows rather than operator shows.
How much does it cost to advertise on a business podcast?
CastFox does not measure rates, so no CPM on this page is a CastFox figure. Typical industry ranges for host-read podcast advertising run roughly $18 to $50 per thousand downloads depending on genre, placement, and flight length, and business and technology shows usually sit in the upper half of that band because the audience is expensive to reach elsewhere. Treat any quoted rate as a starting point and verify the download figure behind it first.
Which business podcasts carry the most sponsors?
By detected host-read ads, The Ramsey Show Highlights leads with 301 reads, and three Ramsey Network shows together account for 37% of everything we found. Outside that network the deepest rosters belong to Financial Audit with 15 distinct brands and the founder and investor shows, where B2B software companies buy repeatedly. Only 31 of the top 80 shows carried any detected ad read at all.
Do B2B and SaaS companies actually sponsor podcasts?
Yes, but narrowly. CastFox detected 160 ad reads from 13 software, AI, and ad tech brands, and most of them sit on one or two founder or investor shows that they buy repeatedly rather than spreading across the chart. Two of them, Ramp and Vanta, independently chose the same pair of shows, which is a useful signal about where operator and investor attention concentrates.
Is it better to sponsor a show that already has advertisers or one that has none?
A show with repeat sponsors in your category has already proven it can sell and that the format converts, which is why buyers pay more for it. A show with none can be cheaper and less cluttered, but you need to find out why the slot is empty. In this data 49 of the top 80 shows had no detected ad reads, and the reasons ranged from selling their own courses and communities to monetizing through a network, so ask before you assume.
